Terms of sale

These terms apply to the sale of equipment and related services by StevTech to you.

Some products can be purchased through online checkout. Equipment that needs configuration, special-order stock, or confirmed freight is sold by written quote.

1. For an online purchase, review the product, price, and available delivery details before checkout.
2. For a quote-only item, tell us what you need so we can confirm the configuration, availability, price, and freight.
3. We confirm the order and payment terms by checkout confirmation, written quote, or invoice.
4. Once payment is received, or agreed terms are met, we dispatch the order.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is applied where required by law and is shown at checkout or on your quote and invoice. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Payment terms are set out on your invoice. Title in the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full. Risk passes on delivery, as set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Manufacturer warranties, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and how to make a claim are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to the resupply of the goods or services, or payment of the cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
