These terms apply to the sale of equipment and related services by StevTech to you.
Who we are
How ordering works
StevTech sells on a request-a-quote basis so that pricing, availability and freight are confirmed for your specific requirements. The steps are:
1. You request a quote for the equipment you need. 2. We confirm the price, availability and freight and send you a written quote. 3. When you accept, we issue an invoice. 4. Once payment is received (or agreed terms are met), we dispatch your order.
This means you always see the full price, including freight, before you commit to buy.
Prices and GST
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is applied where required by law and is shown on your quote and invoice. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Payment and title
Payment terms are set out on your invoice. Title in the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full. Risk passes on delivery, as set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Warranties and returns
Manufacturer warranties, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and how to make a claim are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to the resupply of the goods or services, or payment of the cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
