Returns & refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to choose a refund or a replacement. For a failure that does not amount to a major failure, we may choose to repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund.

These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty and are not affected by this policy.

Products from DJI and other manufacturers are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty. We help you lodge and manage warranty claims with the manufacturer where a warranty applies.

Most equipment we supply is configured or special-ordered for your operation. For this reason we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns. Special-order and custom-configured hardware is non-returnable except where the Australian Consumer Law applies.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at admin@stevtech.com.au or 02 6858 7658 with your quote or invoice number and photographs.

We will assess the item and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. Where an item is faulty or was sent in error, we cover the return freight.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Timeframes for the funds to appear depend on your bank or card provider.
